Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU (“Participant”, “you”, “your”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. IF YOU FALL UNDER THE DEFINITION OF “EXCLUDED PARTICIPANTS” YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.

1. Description:

This contest, called “Globant Awards - Women That Build 2024 Edition” (the “Contest”), is organized by Sistemas Globales S.A. (“Globant”, “Sponsor”). The aim of this Contest is to acknowledge and raise awareness about the role of women in the digital field in various countries/regions.

2. Eligibility:

The Contest is a trade-only promotion open for participation by individuals who:

  • are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry or the age of majority in such person’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater; 
  • identify themselves as women;
  • reside in Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, France, Germany, India, Luxemburgo, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay (“Participants”); and
  • meet the eligibility criteria for her category as described below.

Excluding: any individual on the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List maintained by OFAC, or who have been previously indicted for or convicted for any Patriot Act Offense or similar offense (“Excluded Participants”). 
The winners by country and the Global Winners of the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions of the Contest are not eligible to participate. 

Government officials and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or receive a prize.  For the purposes of this Contest, government officials are defined as individuals employed by government departments and agencies, including all federal, state, provincial, county, city or municipal government officials (where applicable), statutory boards, public bodies, and anyone employed by a government-owned or controlled company.

By participating in the Contest, you are acknowledging that you are not a government official and/or immediate family member of a government official, and are willing to provide evidence of the same, if requested. Sponsor may also exclude, at its sole discretion, Participants from jurisdictions that require any type of registration with local authorities of the Contest and/or the Sponsor

Participants in the contest will be divided into distinct categories: Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay), United States and Canada, Europe (Belarus, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburgo, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and United Kingdom), and India (each one of them, the “Region”). 

The call for nominations for the Contest is aimed at three defined categories: (i) Tech Executive, (ii) Tech Entrepreneur and (iii) Tech Leader. Additionally, each Participant must meet the eligibility requirements for her category at the time of participation:

Tech Executive

  1. She must be a C-level executive, VP, Director, Board Member with experience in the technology industry as part of a large company/organization.
  2. She must have outstanding achievements in their field of expertise, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and skills in the latest technologies (that include AI)
  3. She must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
  4. She must have a significant positive impact on her organization and the broader tech community with proven efforts or support in women in tech inclusion programs or women professional growth.

Tech Entrepreneur

  1. She must be the founder or co-founder of a startup or technological project with a focus on generating positive impact in the world through the lens of AI and the latest technologies.
  2. She must have creative potential to scale and to create large-impact change with her project.
  3. She must have a significant positive impact on her organization or the broader tech community with proven efforts or support in women in tech inclusion programs or women professional growth.
  4. Is desirable that she works on a project or product with positive impact in terms of social or environmental impact.

Tech Leader

  1. She must be a woman up to middle management roles in the technology industry with outstanding potential and significant achievements. Roles such as Leader, Manager (Project, Team, Area), not C-Level positions.
  2. She has shown a high level of competence, creativity, and the ability to adopt and apply the latest technologies, including AI.
  3. She showcases rapid growth and she is committed to generate a positive impact with her teams and the tech community. 
  4. She must have a significant positive impact on her organization or the broader tech community with proven efforts or support in women in tech inclusion programs or women professional growth.

Participants must be able to attend the award ceremony for Global Winners organized by the Sponsor which will take place in a location selected by the Sponsor, which may be within the U.S., and at a date determined by the Sponsor around the end of the year 2024. Sponsor will cover travel costs for the Global Winners to attend the event, but the Participant must ensure she has all required valid travel documents, including visas.

Sponsor may request any potential winner to provide proof that such person is participant selected as a potential winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, a submission will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Submission. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A selected Participant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the submission.  Potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. By participating in the Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree and accept these official terms (“Terms”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 

3. Contest Period:
The Contest will take place according to the following estimated dates, which are subject to change by the Sponsor:

Begins
: March 8, 12:00 ET 
Ends: April 15, 23:59 ET (“Submission Period”)
Selection of Regional Participants: May 6
Voting Period: May 6, 08:00 ET - May 19, 23:59 ET
Selection of Regional Winners: June. The announcement will be at the Regional Events
Selection of Global Winners: October/December The announcement will be at the Global Event 

 

4. How to Enter the Contest:

Eligible Participants may enter the Competition by:

a) Submitting their own applications to participate: In order to participate, Participants must submit their applications during the Submission Period by fully completing the form (the “Submission Form”) available in the site: https://womenawards.globant.com/ (the “Site”).

b) Being nominated to participate by third parties: In the case of third-party nominations, the third party must fill in the form for Third-Party Nominations available in the Site (https://womenawards.globant.com/) and confirms that they have obtained the Participant’s consent to nominate them. Participants must confirm their nomination by completing all required information in the Submission Form and accept these Terms. Participants nominated by third parties will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the third party, where they will be solicited to complete the Submission Form.

Participant answer all questions and provide all information requested in the Submission Form, including: 

  • information regarding their career path and their professional aspirations
  • full name
  • Country of residence: when choosing the country of residence, the Participant will be assigned to the corresponding Region, as defined above.
  • e-mail address
  • Phone
  • profile picture
  • agree to these Terms. 
  • Participant must also indicate in their submission to which category they are applying for Tech Executive, Tech Entrepreneur or Tech Leader (Participants may only apply to one category).

Only one submission per Participant will be accepted.

Globant may modify the Submission Period deadline at any moment during the Contest duration. In this case, Globant may extend it and include the new Submission Period in https://womenawards.globant.com/. No applications will be accepted after the Submission Period deadline.

All requested information must be included in the Participant’s entry to be eligible to win. Proof of submitting an entry is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. All Submissions must be received by the end of the Submission Period. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Competition. All requested information must be included in your entry and Submission to be eligible to win.  Proof of submitting an entry is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Limit one entry per person.  


 

5. Preliminary Selection:

Once the Submission Period ends, Globant will sort between all of the Submissions to disqualify any Participants who do not meet eligibility requirements. Globant, with the help of AI, will choose a maximum of 20 Participants for each Category and Region to move forward on to the next stage of the selection process. By participating in this contest, you agree to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the purpose of filtering and disqualifying profiles based on specified criteria. In the course of this contest, the filtration tool employed for evaluating submitted profiles will exclusively be the OpenAI GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). Participants acknowledge and consent to the use of the OpenAI GPT for the purpose of profile assessment. The AI will assist Globant in identifying and disqualifying candidates who do not meet the stated conditions. Additionally, it will aid in selecting candidates who align most closely with the predetermined weighting criteria, based on the following equally weighted ponderation criteria, considering:

  • Years of experience in the tech industry
  • The number of people they impact
  • The company scale
  • The use of AI or latest technologies in their work
  • The participation in DEI programs, social or environmental programs or ONGs
  • The quality and quantity of information the candidates provide
  • The documentation they provide to support their statements

By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree that Globant reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is currently engaged in legal disputes or has pending cases related to workplace misconduct.

Please note that all responses provided will be processed by the AI, excluding the following personal data: phone numbers, profile picture and emails. 

It is important to emphasize that the AI-based evaluation process will be subject to human validation to ensure fairness and accuracy.

The Participants’ information will be posted in https://womenawards.globant.com/, including their name, biography and photo.

Candidates with complete profiles, and the most information provided will pass to the next stage. In the voting stage, the candidates will have two weeks to promote their profiles. 

The three most voted candidates per Region per category will be finalists and will be reviewed by a judging panel. There will be four Regional Judging Panels, one per each Region, that will choose one winner from each category (the “Regional Winners”). All Regional Winners will be finalists for the global award. A global judging panel will deliberate among the “Regional Winners” of each category, and a single winner per category will be chosen (the “Global Winner”) by the global judging panel.

The Regional Winners and the Global Winners will be picked by a panel of at least 3 judges chosen by Globant. The selection criteria for the winners will be determined per the standards defined by Sponsor in these Terms. 

 

6. Judging Period:

  • Public Vote - Once these Shortlisted Participants are posted in https://womenawards.globant.com/, the public will vote for their favorite finalists. The three most voted Participants per Region per Category will be the finalists for Regional Winners. 
     
  • Globant can request a testimonial video from the Participants in the Shortlist regarding their candidacy. The format, content, and term for the video submission will be agreed upon at the time of the request. Participants may also be asked via e-mail to fill out a form with further information regarding how they meet the eligibility criteria for their Category. The format, content, and term for submitting the requested materials will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of the request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Selection Committee will be entitled to request that the information provided in the forms be expanded.
  • Regional Winners - The Judging Panel formed by at least 3 representatives appointed by Globant, who may be Globant employees and/or employees of third parties, will choose the Winners per Region for the Tech Executive, Tech Entrepreneur and Tech Leader categories based on each item of the eligibility criteria in Section 2 of these Terms. 
    An event per Region will be held to announce the Regional Winners, and each category’s winner will be chosen. The Regional Winners’ information will be published on the website womenawards.globant.com. Every Participant consents that all the information entered in the Registration Form may be disclosed.
  • Global Winners: A Global Judging Panel formed by at least 3 judges appointed by Globant who may be Globant employees and/or employees of third parties, will evaluate the Regional Winners and choose one Global Winner for each category.
    Around October/December (on a date to be defined by the Sponsor) a Global event will be held to grant the awards to the Global Winners.
    The Global Winners’ information will be published on the website womenawards.globant.com.
    The final decisions adopted by all Judging Panels shall not be subject to an appeal.

    The Judging Panel will assess the Participants in accordance with the following criteria:
    • Meeting the admission requirements for each category, as set forth by Section 2 of these Terms.
    • General quality, clarity, and completeness of the submitted material.
    • Quality and clarity of her presentation.
    • Professional record in the tech industry.

 

7. Awards:

a. Global Winners will receive the following awards:

  • Round trip to assist a Globant sponsored event and receive a recognition on dates and location to be confirmed by Globant.  
  • An announcement including their image or information on the iconic NYSE billboard in Times Square in 2025.

Additional prizes may be awarded at Globant’s sole discretion.

In order to receive their award, the Winners could be asked to present a national ID card and/or sign a receipt stating that they received the award to their full satisfaction. Winners should consult an accountant or tax professional to determine tax implications in accepting and using the awards.

As a result of any local laws and restrictions, potential winners may not be eligible to receive an award, and the award will therefore be forfeited. In the event an award is forfeited for any reason, including for non-compliance with these Terms or with applicable regulations, Globant may disqualify such potential winner and award the prize to the next highest scoring Participant.  

Globant will not be held liable for any expense, damage, or loss that the Global Winners may incur during their use of and/or participation in the Program or their trip to the award ceremony, or for any other damages that may arise from or be related to the award or such Program. Globant will not be liable for the documentation necessary to travel to the place where the chosen Program will be held and/or for its costs. Participants should note that if they are chosen as winners and want to travel to the awards ceremony, they may need to have a valid visa to travel to the US (travel expenses are paid by Globant).

Globant will cover the cost of the trip and travel insurance. It does not include per diem for the rest of the days. It does not include ticket changes. The ticket is a round trip to the participant's country of residence. Globant does not cover expenses or insurance for extra days, companions or other expenses that the winner may incur during this trip.

Awards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money in cash or other goods or prizes. 

b. The Regional Winners in each category will receive the following awards:

  • Scholarships from Udemy to access courses across tech, business, leadership, and wellness.
  • Licenses from CoachHub to access individual coaching sessions.
  • Recognition trophy and participation and networking opportunities in a celebratory regional event.

Additional prizes may be awarded at Globant’s discretion.

Globant will provide the Regional Winners with instructions on how to use or access the award.

Awards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money in cash or other goods or prizes. 

 

8. Participation in Events:

Participation in this Contest entails the acceptance by the Winners to attend an event organized by Globant within the contest dates mentioned in Section 3 of these Terms, as well as the date of the award ceremony.

 

9. Ownership and Confidentiality of Information and Data:

The copyrights of the videos, developments, and other intellectual property related to this Contest will be deemed the property of their respective authors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, by entering the Contest, the Participants authorize Globant to use, when deemed appropriate, the videos mentioned in this paragraph that belong to the participants in whole or in part for the purposes of advertising the Contest or future Contest-related activities in any media outlet throughout the country and abroad. 

By participating in the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each Participant irrevocably grants the Sponsor and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such Participant’s name, likeness, and biographical information, and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, to advertise, market, and promote Sponsor or the Contest or other promotions, as well as to publish the information in the Site, and each Participant and/or winners hereby release Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto. 

By participating in this Contest, the Participant provides their consent for the Sponsor and the contracted third parties, to process their personal data. The purpose of processing this information will be to organize, manage and conduct marketing activities regarding the Contest as set out in these Official Rules. The Sponsor will process the personal data in accordance with the applicable data privacy laws and Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.globant.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor may also share the Participant’s personal data with partner organizations and members of the Judging Panel to be processed for the management of the Contest. Participant also authorizes the transfer of this information, whether locally or internationally, in accordance with, and under the terms of, the applicable regulations for the country in which the Participant is located. Participants may exercise any of their rights regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting woman-awards@globant.com or privacy@globant.com. Any omission or inaccuracy in the data provided by the Participant will be considered grounds for disqualification, meaning that Participant will not be able to participate in the Contest and/or receive any prize.. The information will be stored in Globant's systems for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. 

 

10. Communication and Dissemination:

All the information about the Contest, as well as the Terms and the application form, can be found at womenawards.globant.com

All dissemination efforts regarding this Contest and its development will be made through Globant’s communication channels and those of the Contest’s sponsors, partners, and collaborators.

 

11. Knowledge of the Terms: 

Sending the application form entails acceptance of these Terms. No claims based on ignorance of the Terms will be admitted from any Participants. The Terms are the only rules applicable to the Contest and will be deemed known by all Participants. 

Sponsor may also, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant who engages in behavior that is disparaging or derogatory of Sponsor, members of the any Evaluating Committee or any other person or party affiliated with this Contest, or of any other Participant, or that is deemed unsportsmanlike by Sponsor. Sponsor may also disqualify any Participant who violates any law, rule, statute, or order of any jurisdiction in connection with the Contest, or whose participation in the Competition results in Sponsor’s, or puts Sponsor at risk of, violation of any law, rule, statute, or order of any jurisdiction.  Sponsor may also disqualify any potential or confirmed winner (a) who engages in behavior that: (i) is illegal; (ii) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, harass, victimize, degrade, or intimidate any other individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability; or (b) if Sponsor discovers content on potential winner’s or winner’s social media or other public locations which might in the reasonable opinion of Sponsor expose Sponsor to disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule, or shock, insult or offend the public; and in each case Sponsor reserves the right to not award the potential winner a prize, or to withdraw or terminate any prize already awarded. Each Participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the use of the Submission submitted in the Contest and/or their participation in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, each Participant further agrees at all times to be in compliance with all relevant anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Participant is solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or school or company policies, if any, regarding Participant’s participation in the Contest, submissions, and acceptance and use of any prize.

 

12. Amendments: 

Globant may amend, at any time and without prior notice, any of the provisions of these Terms, which amendment shall be notified to the Participants by means of the publication of the new Terms on the website womenawards.globant.com.

If warranted, Globant will be entitled to terminate, suspend or amend these Terms. Such termination, suspension, or amendment shall be communicated in the same manner as these Terms were communicated. Any topic not covered by these Terms will be decided by Globant, without prejudice to the rights to which the Participants are entitled by law.

 

13. Liability and Compensation: 

YOU FURTHER AGREE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

14. Acts of God or Force Majeure: 

Globant may temporarily suspend the Contest or cancel it altogether due to circumstances not attributable to Globant and not provided for by these Terms or which constitute an Act of God or an event of force majeure. Such suspension or cancellation will be notified to the parties through the website womenawards.globant.com.

In addition, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Globant reserves the right to declare the Contest void at any time, and it shall not be bound to explain or provide reasons for such a decision. Globant also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if necessary. 

 

15. Interpretation of the Terms:

In the event of any discrepancy between the content of the Terms and the content of graphic and/or media advertising, the content of the Terms shall prevail. Participation in the Contest entails acceptance of the decisions that Globant shall make regarding any matter not provided for in these Terms and any interpretation that Globant may make of such Terms, which will be definite and shall not be subject to an appeal.

In case of non-compliance with these Terms, Globant may penalize a Participant for non-compliance, disqualifying her from the Contest, without being bound to give notice or justification. In any such event, the Participant must return any award she may have received in the context of this Contest to Globant.

16. Costs, Taxes, Expenses:

All costs resulting from obtaining or using the awards, as well as any tax, fee, contribution, rate, or amount of money that must be paid or may potentially have to be paid regarding the awards, and all expenses which the Participant must incur as a consequence of obtaining and being granted the award by country and/or region and the global award, including, but not limited to, all travel and accommodation expenses which she may incur for obtaining, being granted, or giving effect to such award, will be borne exclusively by the Participant. 

Prizes may be subject to withholding taxes and/or to taxation in Participant’s country of residence. Each winner may be asked by Sponsor to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number (as applicable) before any prize will be awarded. Winner may be subject to a tax on the value of any prize awarded. The winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes; if required by law, Sponsor shall be entitled to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any tax or taxes due, which shall be discounted from the Prize.  The winners understand and agree that the winners may be responsible for taxes exceeding the amounts listed above, for reasons such as, without limitation, winner’s tax bracket.  Potential winner should consult an accountant or tax professional to determine tax implications in accepting and using any Prize.

As a result of any local laws and restrictions, potential winners may not be eligible to receive a prize and prize will therefore be forfeited.  In the event a prize is forfeited for any reason, including for non-compliance with these Official Rules or with applicable regulations, Sponsor may disqualify such potential winner. 

 

17. Errors and authorized activities: 

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including without limitation, fraud, virus or other technical problem, or any other reason beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel or terminate the Contest and, if feasible, award the prizes from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment based on skill criteria described in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry and participation process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

18. Release:

Subject to any applicable laws, by participating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor, promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Contest to the extent possible under applicable law (except where the Sponsor is at fault through intentional or negligent conduct), including without limitation: (a) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (c) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (e) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (f) if Sponsor must cancel or terminate the Contest for any reason; (g) if any prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; and (h) any and all claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from a claim that your Submission or Portfolio infringes the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party. You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to any cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. 

You acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize. 

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

19. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: 

The Participants and Globant agree to submit any dispute arising from the Contest to the jurisdiction of the Lower Courts in and for the City of Buenos Aires. Argentine law shall apply to such dispute.
