As of September 2023, Lynn has taken on the role of Global Chief Client Experience Officer for Aon’s Enterprise Clients. In this role, Lynn works towards establishing the baseline of best-in-class offerings from Aon’s Human and Risk Capital Solutions - expanding on her work leading North America - and driving a consistent experience across regions to enhance critical client engagements, maximize investment, expand reach, and create opportunities for innovation.
She plays a key leadership role in Aon’s one-firm approach to helping clients make better decisions. Lynn and her team are committed to driving business results for clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of industries served, and accessing the full suite of Aon solutions and capabilities on behalf of these clients.
Lynn joined Aon in 2008, when her primary focus was on developing, growing and retaining relationships with multinational, complex clients across all Aon disciplines. She most recently served as the Chief Client Officer and U.S. Chief Executive Officer of Multinational Clients for Aon plc. In this position, she handled the global risk, health, talent and retirement strategies for the Fortune 1000 segment, empowering clients to grow their business.
Prior to joining Aon, Lynn held a variety of leadership positions at Marsh, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chubb and Travelers. These roles included underwriting, brokerage, consulting and client relationship management.
