About innovation and new technologies
I have defined the strategy for the incorporation of artificial intelligence for the different fronts of the company, starting from the definition of an ambition with the C-Level and the Board of Directors of the company. The use cases consider the use of generative artificial intelligence to solve customer service issues for the company's external customers and to improve the productivity and efficiency of the backoffice.
Additionally, the use of traditional AI has been part of the day-to-day life of the company in recent years, in aspects such as fraud detection, customer relations, real-time recommendations and conversation analysis.

About diversity and inclusion promotion
As the leader of Tuya's Technology team, I am directly involved in the incorporation of talent to the team, considering the importance of having more women, people with less favorable economic conditions, for whom working in technology and access to a company like Tuya can change their lives diametrically (for the better). I am a speaker at schools and universities to promote the study of STEM careers, as well as establish programs with universities and technology institutes to engage young people in the world of work. I am a member of the Public Improvement Society of Medellín, where as a volunteer I lead the technology advisory committee, having an impact on the Fine Arts Foundation and the Conservation Park (where wildlife seized by the authorities is cared for and rehabilitated). Also, as a volunteer, I work hand in hand with Intersoftware to reach young people in vulnerable situations to make them fall in love with the world of technology and present it as a life option to transform their future, their family, their environment. I am part of the Community of Women Leaders in Boards of Directors, from where I promote the inclusion of more women in the decision-making and strategic bodies of companies.
