As CEO and co-founder of Globant, Martin has led the company since it was a startup and, in 2014, managed to make it the first Latin American software company to have an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Today, Globant is a global player working in more than 30 countries around the world, for world-class clients such as Google, Electronic Arts, and Santander, among others.

Martín has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of La Plata and an MBA from CEMA University (UCEMA). Together with his three founding partners of Globant, Martín was elected Entrepreneur Endeavor in 2005. In 2020, he was recognized as the Innovative CEO of the Year and, in 2019, he was named Top CEO of the Year at CEO World Awards and CEO of the Year by ElCronista (Argentina). He is a member of AEA and Ernst & Young, who recognized him as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013.
