Marcia Weiser is a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the technology industry. Passionate about creating scalable mechanisms that transform people's life, Marcia currently manages the Partner Sales organization for AWS in Latin America. Prior to AWS, Marcia led leadership roles in Cisco Systems and Avaya in Europe and Latin America. Marcia grew up in Brazil, holds a bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer, and currently lives in Miami with her two teenage kids.
