I come from a migrant family where women worked all their lives, gaining some independence, but never came into leadership roles. I’m the first generation to do it, to speak three different languages and work in a tech company. Today I make a contribution, in the place where I work and to my teams, from my sensibility and from the idea that we are all different, with different gifts that make us give more value. Not only to our clients, also to every person with whom we collaborate on a daily basis. I challenge my colleagues to demonstrate their human side in the work environment, to build creative spaces through fluid, sincere and transparent conversations, which demonstrate true interest in others. I remind them that work is not only for fulfill a task, it is a place to find, discover and learn from diversity, where the respect for others and collaboration are the pillars for a healthy development of all our intellectual faculties. I really believe this is the way we can take advantage from workspaces for generate positive impact.
