Teneika serves as the Director of Data Science and Analytics Enablement, where she manages Data Science products and teams that delivers Data Science, AI/ML solutions to transform the DoN by accelerating the delivery and adoption of Advanced Analytics and AI to achieve mission impact at scale. She founded her first non-profit, providing mentorship to high school women, delivering seminars focusing on ACT / SAT preparation, managing finances, the importance of higher education, and building personal brands. Along with the seminars. Ribbons of Beauty has impacted the lives of over 200 women and led to the start of BiCTech. A non-profit focused on providing economic advancement for minorities. Teneika's passion for the economic advancement and stability of women and minority led nonprofits and organizations, led to the development of strategy and analytics solutions for 10+ organizations, increasing their fundraising targets or capital. Teneika has directly impacted over 3,000 peers, training 1550+ peers in Tableau and Power BI, 900+ peers in Agile/Scrum, 750+ in Data Science and Analytics. She received the Top Teaching Assistant award in the Data Science for All program. Teneika has impacted the lives of 5K+ people, with 190+ receiving tech certifications, 400+ receiving scrum certifications and thousands entering training and development programs. Teneika actively seeks to provide 10+ free resources monthly though her social platforms to help others upskill or reskill in tech, cyber or product focused careers - reaching 1.5M - 2M people monthly.
