Inés Huertas is an expert in Big Data & Machine Learning, she is currently Global Head of Data & Artificial Intelligence at Kairós. Coordinator of Rladies Madrid, a community of women programmers since 2016 and part of the NASA Open Data Datanauts program since 2017. Telecommunications Technical Engineer, she starts her career as a systems engineer to move to the more unknown side of data, in 2015 she founds her own startup based on Big Data services and 2018 she is selected within the European program of EY Entrepreneur Winning Women Europe Class for women entrepreneurs. In recent years she has worked as CDO in different startups in the medical field, instructor in data technologies courses for LinkedIn or Platzi.
About innovation and new technologies
As Head of Data & AI in Kairós DS we have carried out several projects where we have involved artificial intelligence, for example, in the medical field developing algorithms to perform survival analysis after suffering cancer or in environmental issues to detect bird impacts on wind turbines.
Regarding the latest generative AI techniques we have also developed conversational assistants or text generators for blogs, creation of document summaries...

Co-founder of the Women Startup Community in 2018 whose goal was to connect and generate synergies between women CEOs of startups.
Selected for the EY Entrepreneur Winning Women Europe class for women entrepreneurs in 2018.
Coordinator of RLadies Madrid since 2016, community of women who program in R, community generation and various Hackatones and Woman Tech Maker Ambassador of Google since 2022.
