My specialization in service project management was fundamental to consolidating projects in different organizations, consolidating my seniority in the area.

About innovation and new technologies

I apply AI tools to optimize different deliveries in our team, from graphic editing to text quality. We are already working to incorporate AI into our product, seeking even better results for our clients. I work with a focus on operational efficiency and automation of deliveries that were previously totally dependent on people, allowing them to be allocated to more noble and innovative tasks. In addition, in 2023 I started my own startup, CogTech, in partnership with two partners. We are focused on combining AI functionalities with Knowledge Management techniques, since the quality of the knowledge accessed by AI neural networks is fundamental to generating truly assertive and reliable answers.

About diversity and inclusion promotion

I am involved in different communities aimed at the inclusion of women in the technology sector. I founded the Tech Female Floripa group, where opportunities, knowledge and experiences are constantly exchanged, supporting the routine of women in the technology sector.

In addition, I actively participated in the Diversity Committee of the Women's Group of Acate, the state association dedicated to technology. I'm also connected to groups such as ShesTech, Femme IT, Women in Blockchain, Cora and Women inTech. Being in these groups is crucial so that I can impact other women through my experience, as well as learning daily from each of the incredible women who are part of these communities.
