Delivery manager at Globant Brasil since Mar/2020. Working with SW project management and innovation for more than 15 years. Post graduated in Systems Management at FGV-SP, began my experience with SW projects in a large bank, going through the complexity and pressure for results of this type of context. In 2013 meet Kanban method and Scrum in real life and since then has been exploring more of agile methodologies and their practice applications in complex project management and product development. Certified PMP®, CSM®, ASM®, CLF®, KMP I® and SAFe Agilist.

I'm addicted to learning and teaching, I believe that we always have something to discover, explore and improve. As a formal leader or not, I love to share my knowledge, experiences and support with my team, coachees and mentees.
