I have been a builder for the majority of my adult life. From building new initiatives in my first job at P&G, to building teams that span continents at Reckitt Benckiser, building environments that help people feel safe, seen and understood is in the fabric of everything I do.

Now, as an entrepreneur, I try to create a space for people to experience something aspirational, something bigger than ourselves but in a framework they can understand, relate to and be a part of. By treating each person as an individual and inspiring them to see the bigger picture, we can all be a part of building a new, more equitable and thriving future instead of just cogs in the wheel.
