From June 2021 - June of 2022 I have hosted “Ladies on the 🎙 “ a 2 hour social room for women in crypto and Web3. The first hour only ladies are on stage and we encourage each women to speak and share their projects and questions. After the first hour men are welcomed to the stage to share as well. This format has been empowering for women to share their experiences and thoughts in a space that’s welcoming with active listening and collaboration.

Many of the ladies have gone on to host their own spaces after training them to moderate and interviewing guests. It’s been an amazing experience that’s helped me to help myself get through my cancer recovery.
