Neolth

As a young professional in the digital mental health sphere, I'm dedicated to making an impact on young people. Through my experiences with Neolth, I've been able to lead over 300 young people around the world in mental health advocacy initiatives, furthering Neolth's mission of making mental health more accessible as well as generally reducing the stigma around mental health. I will be continuing my education in Social Work to learn more about trauma-informed community building and clinical practices with the hopes of creating a movement to end this stigma once and for all.

I believe that leadership is more about sharing than leading. It's about empowering the young women I lead to gain confidence, advocate for themselves and others, and make a difference. These are all things I'm still learning from my mentors and I hope that others can witness my journey and follow suit.
