I have been supporting startup founders for more than 4 years to build and improve their products and their growth strategies. I love working with early-stage founders who have great ideas, but need strategies to go to market and make their products robust. I have supported more than 70 entrepreneurs on this path, making their products more human and creating habits with them.

In an industry like the one I work in (venture capital) less than 30% are female founders and only 12% are female investors. But, after working with women (in our fund we have had up to 50% of our startups with women in the founding team) I have seen that it is possible to encourage more and more women and, in fact, have some leading examples of women inspires others and makes the community more diverse. I would like us to achieve the same in the entire tech industry and not only in our fund, to continue supporting the most talented women and inspiring the next generations to undertake technology.
