I grew up in a town in Mexico where women mentality was about being a stay home mom at 18 Years old if not sooner, I wanted to achieve greatness even though I didn't know how to define it, so I decided to study IT Engineering and moved to a new city, took challenges within the industry having cero clue about what the future would hold for me.
I became a Project Manager about 7 years ago and discovered that in order to be a better leader I had to live by being the best version of myself...

I strongly believe that every woman in this earth has the power to generate a great impact, we don't give up easily, we are fearless and that makes us simply awesome.
I think that the best way to inspire women is by not giving up and pursuing our own goals, being the best version of ourselves and even when we feel like giving up, finding the courage to overcome our frustrations as our purpose is always bigger than the obstacles we face.
