More than 20 years of experience in the Tourism Sector in different management positions, leading transformation projects in the field of technology and promoting cultural change in the organisation.

I currently manage a Business Line of ILUNION, a business group of the ONCE Social Group, in which more than 130 people with different technical profiles work to promote "ACCESSIBILITY 360º" in all areas of society through Social Research, Consultancy and Accessible Technologies.

ILUNION Accessibilidad is the leading company in the Accesibility sector in all environments, promoting with its work the labor inclusion of people with disabilities and maintaining the balance between economic and social objectives. Our company is excellent, innovative and sustainable and we accompany our partners to build a fairer, more diverse and inclusive society.

Listening, listening and listening. As the poet Leo Bustaglia would say in this case, listening is not giving advice, it is not telling the interlocutor how to feel or how to act; it is simply that, listening. And it is undoubtedly the way to be able to understand. Its power is enormous. To be listened means that we are valued, that we matter as we are. From there we can know and understand the circumstances, the character, the strength of each one. And set the goal we want and think of the best way. Collaborating, making the best of each one of us.

Not fooling ourselves, knowing that the conditions outside are not easy, or not always easy. But even so, believing, working hard to achieve it. And with respect and a smile, always.
