My entire career has been built on the premise that there is always more we could be doing for more people. This started in Sales by finding new markets with high potential for growth. My greatest success was taking Zendesk to market in Brazil, building a 7-figure business in under a year and laying the foundation for what is today a $200M piece of the business. I moved into partnerships to help bridge the growing digital divide, and have dedicated my career to building robust networks that support my company's growth while benefitting the partners who multiply our strengths. I am proud to work at companies that see themselves as part of a larger ecosystem, and I am dedicated to inserting us into that ecosystem by way of specialized partners wherever they may be,

Success is a team sport, and every woman in my life knows that in me, they have a a confidante, mentor, supporter and true ally. I am thoughtful when they come to me for help with a challenge, and I celebrate their accomplishments publicly and proudly. I build networks for a living, and am quick to put women in touch with people who I know will have a vested interest in seeing them flourish personally and professionally. My greatest joy is hearing that I have furthered my peers on the path to their ambitions, whether through an introduction, feedback, or simply listening to them with openness and encouragement.
