I am a Senior Manager in the technology industry, MBA Candidate at Cambridge Judge Business School, and an award-winning Women in Technology. I have a track record as a next generation women leader in tech and over twelve years of experience in general management, digital strategy consulting, and corporate strategy on digital transformation. I deliver strategy consulting projects across the EMEA region in over two tech industries (IT and fintech, intelligent transportation, etc.). I have experience in business strategy, digital transformation, Cloud DevOps Engineering, data science, and leadership.
I make an exceptional impact within and shape my organisation on digital transformation (new solutions). I mentor, coach female team members through my ability to inspire and motivate the next generation of women leaders (example). I lead the tech agenda and grow into different roles that have not even been invented yet (thought leadership). I act as a public speaker about fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, with passion for cybersecurity (technical expertise).
Helping women to move their career forward in technology like I did is something I feel passionately about, so much so that since my time at Deutsche Bahn I am championing a holistic response to an industry-wide challenge in technology – diversity. So, I regard mentoring, coaching – and sponsoring – female team members at Cambridge University, Mastercard, and Deutsche Bahn as a critical part of my success.
