I've been working in the industry for quite some time now trying to reinvent myself based on the industry needs and business activities. My main focus on any endeavor, over the years, has been to provide customer satisfaction, product’s based on user needs, and creating teams that could achieve their potential through motivation, the right tools, and giving them the confidence to move towards their next step.

Always, leading teams to contribute to delivering customer experiences that will positively impact people and bring value to the client's business. Seeking to transform and resonate with user needs by putting their experiences at the center and as the main focus of the design. Working inside organizations crafting and understanding the entire customer lifecycle and what it takes to deliver a new or improved service focusing on customer’s pain points, opportunities, and insights.

Worked for several fortune 500 companies to help them improve the experiences for customers in diverse moments of the customer journey and support ecosystem.

Also, as a leader, looking for opportunities to build a team based on trust, camaraderie, and constant improvement. Having a mindset that every leader should have a spirit to serve the team and guide them towards an environment of collaboration, support, and constant learning. I try to bring out the best in each member, looking to keep them motivated to achieve their best at work. I always try to be the leader that I would like to have.
