My expertise in BI, cloud technology and data engineering areas, fuels my ability to craft innovation and technology expertise fostering business growth and decision making when it comes to building end to end solutions for the same.

About innovation and new technologies
I heavily use AI for content creation be it for training, technical proposals, presentations etc. primarily through GPT. I am enthusiastic about learning and diving more into the capabilities of AI from technology standpoint. I contribute to the best of my abilities to the local AI community within the city, to be relevant when it comes to knowledge sharing and delivering talks around how AI has helped in solving some of the industry problem statements while considering the ethical, responsible factor in it.
About diversity and inclusion promotion
I prefer to create an inclusive environment within the community and projects that I work in. My key focus has been to empower the deserving folks by providing them opportunity and platform. I lead the Women In Tech initiative at Globant India alongwith support from the entire Women tech Community and leadership.
I have always been vocal about how one needs to be passionate about what they do. This is an ongoing process which when followed with continuous support from everyone in order to help colleagues work on their respective areas be it in terms of technical quotient, confidence building, motivation, collaboration, brand awareness to name few.
