I am not a tech and I always wanted to be a part of tech.. I started working with a staffing company wherein I was handling one of the biggest and Fortune 500 client of the world for North America region and has helped closed to 100 people getting there dreams jobs in a year and then I started my start up that too in peak Covid when people were devastated lost lot of jobs.. my start up is into staffing and solutions and I wanted to create an impact that a non tech women can become a women in technology.. I onboarded close to 8 clients in India and US and started building team especially women who lost their jobs or loved ones in Covid and started giving them training in recruitment and had them work as per there flexibility across India.
