Jeevantika is a cloud Solution Architect in Microsoft. She joined Microsoft in December 2020. She is working with partners in Ireland to remove their technical blockers and help them maximize their Microsoft Partnership benefits. Jeevantika is also D&I gender pillar lead in Microsoft Ireland Sub. She is a Msc. In Cloud Computing and a B.E in Computer Science Engineering. Jeevantika is very passionate about Women in Technology and Diversity & Inclusion. She founded International Women in Tech group and is leading a community of more than 3900 amazing members. She is a technology speaker and talks about the trending technology like AI and Quantum Computing. Jeevantika is very determined to help and motivate young minds, she is a mentor to 60 young kids aged 8-15 years and teaches them about “Future in/of AI”.
Jeevantika is a mentor to international university students in Ireland. Jeevantika is also nominated for various women in tech leadership awards in Ireland. An entrepreneur, leader, and a Tech speaker Jeevantika is passionate about helping others grow and share her experience and knowledge with everyone. Jeevantika received “FY22 GPS Field Spotlight Award for Exceptional Leadership, Collaboration, and Innovation in the GPS Spotlight Awards in Microsoft.” She was also recognized by her WE team as a top cross-functional team collaborator. Jeevantika started her own mentorship program for Women, Students, early in careers, seeking career advice which is open to all.

Jeevantika is very dedicated to help women thrive in their career. Apart from her full-time role Jeevantika also Mentors women of diverse background and who need support. Her vision and mission is to help every woman achieve what they desire. Her mentorship Program called "Coffee Chat with Jeevantika" has got attention from across the world. Jeevantika took 250 calls in 2 months. Jeevantika started International Women in Tech and Coffee chat with Jeevantika based on her personal experience. She believes it very important to have a mentor on life and there are number of people out their willing to support but with a cost of financial gains. Not everyone can financially afford a mentor and hence international women in tech that helps people without any expectations but dedication. She hosts various free events for the community. Jeevantika was also featured in the young women rising star under 30 magazine and her profile was also published in the Top D&I lead portfolio. Jeevantika gives free trainings on Cv building, Confidence building and also Talks about technology for various organization and institute. She wants to be available when people need her. It's a lifetime commitment and a passion that she is nourishing
