I have more than 15 years of experience specializing in innovation in the financial industry. In my most recently role, I led innovation, new solution development and large-scale external FinTech partnerships at Citi Innovation Lab.

I am an innovation practitioner and I led a team of software engineers, developers, design thinkers and UX/UI designers to build products from ideas. The team I led have developed solutions that have been deployed to Fortune 500 companies over 100 countries. I have also launched and managed intrapreneurship programs to convert over 500 employees into internal founders.

I am dedicated to foster Bank x FinTech partnerships and help startups scale. I have led FinTech accelerators with outreach to more than 5,000 FinTech globally. I have led proof-of-concepts and pilots with external FinTechs that resulted in new revenue streams for banks. To recognize my influence in the FInTech space, I was awarded the 65 Leaders in Singapore FinTech - Women In Corporate by Singapore FinTech Association.

I am curious and passionate about emerging technology. Partnering with Harvard University, I am currently working on a Technology Factsheet of "AR/VR for the Metaverse" (to be published in Nov) to discuss the technology fundamentals and the relevant public implications. Leveraging my experience in the innovation space, I have also written a book called "The Intrapreneurship Formula" to be published in Nov by a Chicago publisher. The book is created for corporate leaders and managers who are aspired to drive innovation by empowering their employees.

I am frequent keynote speaker at global innovation and FinTech forums including FinTech Connect, Global Innovation Forum, etc. I love exchanging knowledge and learn from the audience.

I am currently a MIT Sloan Fellows MBA candidate. I also hold a master’s degree in IT in Business from Singapore Management University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong. My background across business and technology has enabled me to navigate technological advancement in a dynamic and ever-changing business landscape.
I am a strong advocate for diversity, including gender and sexual orientation.

I was the council member of Women in FinTech in Singapore, a network to provide support recognition for more women leaders in fintech. I have hosted speaker series, workshop and programs to encourage women to enter the industry and develop their full potentials.

I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. I have been a council member of Citi Pride Singapore for more than 4 years. I have designed, developed and deployed allyship training for more than 800 executives in the bank. I have also partnered with HR to review and revise company policy to reflect equal treatment for all employees.
