I've been in the IT industry for more than 15 years, working as a Project Director and currently as a Tech manager. During my experience, I have had the opportunity to coordinate multiple projects for different companies and customers, applying my experience in the QA area and Project Management.

Since I started as a lead I could see the results of my work, successful projects, and companies growing because of the customer trusting in us and I feel proud of being part of that growth because it was not only for the company for also for me as a professional and person.

I found that I could support not only the customers and projects I had but also the people in my team, teaching them, helping them to grow, inspiring and learning from them too.

I consider myself a woman with commitment and passion for what I do. My pilar has been leading by example, dedication, thinking outside the box and building honest relationships as a team member and mentor, and with this I have seen how as a referent we can build the way for the future leaders, having our teams encouraged and inspired to advance in their career paths, to become leaders, and inspire others too.

I inspire and empower other women with my example, showing them that being a leader, getting success or reaching our goals is not a matter of gender. We are intelligent, we have all the potential and skills to become leaders, referents and mentors, and we need to believe in ourselves.

Women in my team have seen and expressed to me, how they feel inspired, and see that with confidence, work, a purpose and honesty they can also accomplish their goals and advance in their career path
