Board Member
Nabila is on the Board of Tenth Revolution Group and is President of Revolent Group, the world’s leading cloud talent creator and one of the most innovative companies out there with a business model designed to close the cloud skills gap (specialising in Salesforce and AWS). Revolent has achieved 300% growth in the past year under Nabila’s leadership and she has built one of the most diverse companies in our industry with a management team made up of 50% women (two thirds of whom are working mums), 63% of employees identify as Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic and 37% were the first to attend university. In the past 18 months, Nabila has scaled Revolent from the UK to the US, Australia and Canada with ambitious plans for 2022.

Prior to joining Revolent, Nabila worked at a FTSE 250 company for 12 years and progressed to become the first female VP and the youngest to be appointed to this position. Nabila wore multiple hats based in the UK and the US throughout the years and was part of the Executive Team in North America. Her experience, commitment and influence was crucial in driving the company’s global brand transformation programme, helping to position the business as a formidable player in the FTSE 250 with a market cap exceeding £1b. Nabila was recognised in Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 list 2019 and today she continues to break boundaries, lead by example and reach new heights.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I spearheaded the Women in Tech initiative at the FTSE 250 company I used to work for, which provided support and role models to hundreds of women and we reported a 0% gender pay gap for two consecutive years. Becoming the first female Vice President at that FTSE 250 firm as well as being the youngest to ever be appointed to this position paved the way for other women and ethnic minorities to follow. Today, as President of Revolent Group, my senior management team is made up over 50% women and two-thirds are working mums. I mentor many women within my organisation and externally.
