I feel honored and excited to have been nominated as a Women that Builds. I've been in the industry for almost 15 years now, and I have had the possibility to lead large teams implementing disruptive IT projects. I wake up every morning feeling very lucky to be a Latin woman in the IT industry and have the possibility to connect and empower teams and clients to achieve goals together while growing personally and professionally.

I wake up every morning feeling very lucky to be a Latin woman in IT and to have the possibility to connect and empower other women, both in my teams and in my clients, to achieve goals together while growing personally and professionally. Outside work, I belong community of more than 100 people that helps people to join the IT industry, and I enjoy seeing women heading households, with kids or with struggling with their economic situation, enter the IT industry and find a way to bring joy to their lives and to their families.
