I am a medical doctor specializing in pediatrics, and for the past three years, I have been working in health informatics. This has allowed me to explore various areas in digital healthcare, such as telemedicine, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and decision support tools, among others. I have also participated in projects for international healthcare organizations, designing and developing mobile tools.

Additionally, I am a member of the Information and Communication Technologies Subcommittee of the Argentine Society of Pediatrics, where I am committed to promoting the use of technology to improve pediatric care.
Acerca de la industria y mi carrera
I entered the field of Health Informatics with the goal of improving the experience people have when interacting with healthcare systems and medical institutions.

My focus is set on understanding users' needs and exploring how technology and software tools can create a more efficient, agile, and pleasant experience. My ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between technological and medical advances by creating digital solutions that can improve the quality of life for those in need. I am devoted to providing support and guidance and being part of the larger effort to revolutionize healthcare.
Acerca de los valores de una Women that Build
I think that a Woman that Builds should possess a combination of hard and soft skills.
Hard skills refer to technical abilities specific to a particular field. In my case, Health Informatics. These skills include proficiency in medicine and pediatrics, as well as in informatics: functional analysis, data analysis, product and project management, Information Systems knowledge, software functional requirements, scientific research and other technical tools.

Equally important are soft skills, which are more general abilities that relate to communication, collaboration, and leadership. I believe that Women who Build in STEAM should have excellent communication skills to work effectively in teams. They should also be adaptable, able to learn quickly, and open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

In addition to these foundational skills, Women who Build in STEAM should promote and embody the values of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration. They should work to create a culture that is welcoming to people of all backgrounds and identities, and strive to build teams that are diverse and inclusive. They should also be passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with others, and be committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of STEAM professionals.
Acerca de mi futuro
In 5 years, I aspire to remain at the forefront of innovation in my field. My goal is to develop and implement new solutions that positively impact the lives of individuals and communities. To achieve this, I aim to expand my network of collaborators and partners, both within and beyond my organization, to push the boundaries of what is possible in STEAM.
In addition, I hope to take on a leadership role to inspire and guide others in the field. I strongly believe that diversity and inclusivity are crucial for driving innovation and plan to actively promote these values.
Regarding my efforts to inspire more young women to pursue STEAM careers, I am offering mentorship services for entrepreneurs as a member of the IncuBAtion program of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, I volunteered with a non-profit organization called "Girls in Technology," and I am actively participating in spreading awareness through my membership in the Argentine Society of Pediatrics.
