I have been working in tech for the last 8 years, mostly as a Tech Recruiter, Trainer, and Career Counselor for IT professionals, and, having a background in anthropology and psychology myself, I know how difficult can be to start a career in technology, specially en LATAM.

Because of this in these last years, I decided to help people to get better work opportunities in IT and technology, creating content and sharing info about different employability strategies and roles, how to learn different tech skills and languages like English for free, and more.

This has been one of the best things I have ever done. The community has been super nice and helped me a lot to share my content, and I have been able to create even more content for different social media, I have been interviewed, invited to webinars and podcasts, and more!

I am really grateful for this, and I really hope this is just the beginning! :)

I have been discriminated against for being a young woman several times, and I know how this can affect your career.

In my case, I have always fought about this, but I also know that not all women are in the situation to fight, or have the tools to do it.

This is why I think that as an empowered woman I have the responsibility to help other women to be empowered, fight for their rights, and help to get more knowledge and info about the tech and job market to be accessible for EVERYONE.

A diverse and inclusive world is a better world!
