I have had the opportunity to develop business in the technology industry by developing knowledge practices on industry-leading products when they have been disruptive to the market. Currently, I develop the Mulesoft knowledge practice at Globant, which I started 4 years ago with a team of 2 people. Today, thanks to teamwork, the trust of our customers, and the presence of Globant, we are more than 100 muley globers worldwide, seeking to innovate in the layer of data integration and applications.
I am an electronics and telecommunications engineer, since the beginning of my career I have sought to team up with men and women who seek to innovate, improve and humanize technology. I believe in equality in achieving our purposes regardless of gender, religion, race or sexual orientation. I have been a mentor in the "Quiero Mentoría" program of Uniandinos, where I had the opportunity to share my experience with a student (a woman) in last year of systems engineering. I like to teach and share knowledge, this is why I have been a professor of specialization at the San Buenaventura Cali University, promoting best practices for cloud architectures. I am Mulesoft Mentor 2022 where we seek to share knowledge among all stakeholders in the community, hoping that more women will join this interesting world of data integration.
