I started in the areas of Corporate Communication, Marketing and HR. My career has led me to work in the cybersecurity industry where I am currently a board member and lead the operations of NextVision, a company with presence in Argentina and Spain. As a professional and personal goal, I had the opportunity to create and coordinate an Awareness Program in which we train our clients to build a cybersecurity culture within their organizations. This service is one of the best sellers within the portfolio that I carry out with an excellent work team. I am also part of the BATC (Buenos Aires Tech Cluster) board of directors.
I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Social Communication at Universidad Austral and completed a Master's degree in Business and Technology at Universidad de San Andrés.

"In a tech world of 0 and 1, we need diversity," I have heard. As a woman in technology, I experience the gap and challenges that the industry still has. When I joined NextVision six years ago, we had no women in leadership positions. Now I am proud to say we have talented women in management positions and as board members. It is part of my essence to always work to create policies and spaces that promote gender equality.
In addition, I mentor young professional women in and outside the company to help them from the beginning of their careers. Being part of the Buenos Aires Tech Cluster allows me to work in different programs to promote initiatives that bring young people closer to technology.
The fact that my own team has nominated me for this award is already an honor for me. I feel this is already an accomplishment, to know that what I do everyday is making a difference especially to those around me.
