I am a relationship management specialist with ability to creatively initiate, plan, execute and direct activities to help organizations achieve their mission and objectives.
Professional with +20 years of experience in design and implementation of programs and instruments related to policies in the areas of innovation, strategy, competitiveness and entrepreneurship. I advised various governments in the design and implementation of their training, research, innovation and entrepreneurship programs.
I am mentor of Endeavor Uruguay and several female entrepreneurs, and for more than 20 years of experience teacher in ORT University of Uruguay.
Actually I am the Executive Director of URUCAP, the Uruguayan association of private capital.

My objective is to build much stronger economies, establish fairer and more stable societies and achieve goals for development, sustainability and human rights.
I work with female entrepreneurs and professionals looking for improve the quality of their life, and their families and communities.
I encourage women to be curious, to dare to take the plunge. I accompany them so that they are not afraid to take risks, and if things do not go as planned, all that remains is to stand up, learn and start again.
