Paula is the CEO and co-founder of LinkedAI, a training data generation platform for Machine Learning, with the goal of democratizing AI around the globe. Before founding LinkedAI, Paula led the Robotic Maintenance team at KiwiBot and was responsible for hardware design and assembly. With clients and platform users all around the globe Paula has inspired through her job and startup mentoring hundreds of women, encouraging them to pursue a leading role at tech startups. She is also an active speaker at conferences worldwide both in entrepreneurship and Artificial Intelligence matters, and ambassador of CityA a global AI practitioner network enabling the diverse and responsible development & application of AI.
