I am a practitioner of Wellbeing, Leadership & Change interventions through the medium of music and have been working in the ITES industry for 20 years. Being an MBA in Human Resources and a trained classical violinist , I realised the immense powers of music and arts in creating all rounded, calm and sensitive executives which is a much needed trait in the dynamic ITES industry . Music heals scientifically , creates internal wellbeing and I am happy to be a pioneering practitioner to use music as a medium for structured leadership interventions both for corporates and eminent business schools . Currently I mentor the CSR program of Atos Syntel, am a board member for Foundation for social transformation, and drive the wellbeing, inclusion and cultural ethos for both the community children as well as executives within the organisation across geographies. I am also passionate about my associations with various forums who strive towards the Sustainability & Livelihood of women, children & PWD . Music is a science within an art and the melody & harmony of the 7 notes can teach us some profound lessons of team work, inclusion, art of collaboration, assimilation and change .
