I've had my footprints in the software industry for more than a decade now and have been successfully enabling enterprises build usable digital products.
I've been the developer and promotor of ShopWorx - an IoT platform helping enterprises digitalize their shop floor. I've been the software engineer for EaglAI AI/ML Product Suite, building software to run their AI / ML Models. I have worked with multiple manufacturing giants, pioneers in injection molding, press metal, CNC's, Steel, gantry systems and automation lines manufacturing Consumer & Industrial Pipes and Fittings, Consumer Products and Automation Lines. I have enabled their digital vision and led them to a successful journey of digitalization (rationally converting their business processes to use these digital technologies we implemented), sometimes forcing them to change or move towards better business process, across India, China, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
I worked with several organizations (mostly start ups) during the pandemic 2020-2021 and helped them build and organize their teams to work remotely with maximum throughput. This was a challenging role and it made me realize the importance, challenges & ease of implementation of processes in start-ups protecting employee interests and solving business challenges.
I have always taken a logical and empathetical approach towards solving critical problems, enabling me build digital products and make them usable across industries by understanding the people, industry and their approach towards business. I am currently working as a Technical Lead with Globant India Pvt. Ltd. and helping their customers solve digital roadblocks amongst the pharmaceutical industries.
