I´m Vale Eguzquiza and I joined the IT/digital field not so far ago when a leader who trusted on me offered me an amazing opportunity which was revolutionary for my career. I´m not a engeniering, my background is in social sciences but I learned, I kept studyng, I kept raising my hand and prepared myself for the oportunities. As a women leader in the IT field I´m commited to open doors and facilitates that first opportunity to other women since we always need someone who trust and believe in us. We need more women in IT ! Together we can work on development plans for women that are thinking to come into IT world and are not feeling yet prepared. This can be a complementary approach to continue closing the gap.
