Roshaan is a Product Designer and a Community Strategist with over 10+ years of corporate experience. Currently, she is working with Afiniti as Sr. Product Architect which is an Artificial Intelligence-based US company. She has also been featured as Wonder Woman in Afiniti. Her past projects include CRMs and ERPs in the healthcare and big data industry. Her past few projects include Al-Jazeera, Gulf Group, Hugo, BabyScripts & Madar Farms on which she worked as a UX Engineer.

Roshaan started her professional journey at a very young age. She is an entrepreneur, community leader, a successful UI/UX specialist, and most important an empowered and independent woman who doesn't have limited beliefs and is always striving to grow further. She founded “Stippple” a community-based initiative and platform for techies and artists who can offer their services to the global market. Though Stippple is not limited to any gender it highly encourages women to unleash their potential through mentorship and showcase their work to International Audience which will ultimately lead to more earning and an improved lifestyle. For the past few years, She has been building communities, bringing together the great minds of the industry, budding artists and designers, the audience who love tech, designs, and art. She has managed to bring onboard international partners i.e. Glug, Fiverr, Sketch, and Dribbble to Pakistan and collectively she has organized 35 virtual and physical meetups which were participated by around 4000+ participants.

She has also co-founded a mental health awareness wellbeing program “Khyaal” where they conduct sessions on mental health awareness and connect patients with psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and energy healers. She got featured by Start Insider, NewsIcon, and many more and also invited multiple national TV channels for her community work and as an entrepreneur.

She has trained and mentored many programs including TechCamp by the US state of the department, Code for Pakistan & Facebook CLC. She has also won the first prize in Worldbank Hackathon 2019. She is also a TechWomen fellow of the US exchange program.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As a community builder, collectively I have organized 35 virtual and physical meetups which were participated by around 4000+ participants and mentored by 60+ professionals.
Being a woman who has faced many incidents in my life from workplace harassment to gender discrimination, I have been leading an awareness campaign, last year we led a campaign against workplace harassment.
Very recently, I got selected for Techwomen US exchange fellowship program 21-22.
