If I could sum up my professional journey so far, it has been 8+ years as a Marketing professional, dabbling with different roles across startups, taking up Tech Marketing with an AI startup early on in my career, without any background in Technology. It's been 5+ years in B2B Marketing alone. My opinion posts and views on diverse topics - Diversity & Inclusion, Mental health, Jobs and Careers, have been featured under LinkedIn News India and Asia pages. I've been associated with advancing careers of women across roles and functionalities, as B2B Marketing Manager at JobsForHer, increasing the number of new companies hiring women, and reaching their diversity goals, and working closely with mentors and external thought leaders on all JFH initiatives. I'm a speaker, recently invited on the panel of Christ University for my views on International Business. I took a career break to care for my ailing father who was battling with Cancer, and I truly realized how important it was to help women get back into the workforce. I sing, write, paint, dance and love listening to music and watching movies in my free time. I've been part of public recitals, speaking opportunities and I'm quite active on Clubhouse. My profile was verified by Google in the year 2018, a little after publishing my first novel 'Men of a kind'. I currently lead Marketing Communications for Colortokens - leading innovator in Cybersecurity across regions India, EMEA, APAC, ANZ, ASEAN. Being one of the most sought after B2b Marketing women profiles on LinkedIn in India. I'm also known for my poetry and writing on Instagram.

I completed my PGPME from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, and recently received my eMDP in Sales & Marketing from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
