With more than 19 years of experience in IT projects, Ana Yasmeen has performed the role of project leader and IT Manager for the implementation of telecommunications, robotics, Artificial Intelligence, e-learning and service desk strategies; As well as, she has also performed negotiation, planning, design, development and knowledge transfer functions for private companies in the educational, financial and telecommunications sectors in Mexico and Latin America.

Her responsibilities have been developed in projects where best practices are used worldwide such as ITIL, ISO / IEC20000, ISO / IEC27001, SDI, PMBOK, among others; she has established innovation strategies for training, leading multidisciplinary teams for the adequate delivery of value in organizations.

In 2019 she was appointed as CEO at BP Gurus, where she inspired more women in IT and 90% of BP gurus team is now made up by women in IT. She combines C-Level activities by conviction and vocation with teaching at graduate levels in subjects such as Business Models and ITs and Life Cycle of IT Services at La Salle University.

She is an expert in e-learning solutions and IT Service Management for organizations in Latin America.
