I really like helping others to grow and found their vocation, that's why I have been involved in different training initiatives to teach new talent about best practices, the latest technologies, and how to build a successful career doing what they love to do.
I think the value of software is helping to improve people's lives and that's the real challenge I work on every day.

Other bootcamps have been focused on Junior developers that want to take the next step in their careers. Many of my colleagues recognize me as someone that inspires them and from whom they can learn every day.
