Victoria is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey Digital, Cambridge MBA, and an award-winning Women in Tech. She has a track record as a next generation women leader in tech and over twelve years of leadership experience in general management, digital strategy consulting, and corporate strategy on digital transformation. She leads digital strategy consulting projects across the EMEA region in over two industries (IT and fintech, intelligent transportation, etc.). She has experience in business strategy, digital transformation, Cloud DevOps Engineering, data science, and leadership.
Victoria is a sound Senior Strategy Leader in technology and builds and leads digital functions with high performing global teams. She demonstrates leadership in technology by combining business acumen with innovative strategies to attract and develop top talent. She is a known thought leader in technology, showcasing the value of digital capabilities to a wider audience. She collaborates with different senior stakeholders to enable digital experience across her organizations, digital ecosystems, and services and products. She encourages digital innovation to further positive impact solutions, sustainable practices (ESG), and a more inclusive working environment for Women in Tech.
Helping women to move their career forward in tech like Victoria did is something she feels passionately about, so much so that since her time at Deutsche Bahn she is championing a holistic response to an industry-wide challenge in technology – diversity. So, she regards mentoring, coaching – and sponsoring – female team members at McKinsey, Riess Consulting, Cambridge University, Mastercard, and Deutsche Bahn as a critical part of her success. She is focused on three dimensions – hiring, developing, and retaining women at all stages of their careers, as Initiative Chefsache Ambassador and Women in Tech Lead at McKinsey and in the technology industry.
From a hiring perspective, Victoria is committed to building connections with women in tech from their time in school through their professional careers by conducting #IAmRemarkable empowerment workshops and organising Google Women Techmakers community-led meet-ups. To develop women, she launched new initiatives in her organisations incl. a sponsorship program that pairs high-potential women in tech with VPs. To retain these women, she built the Women@Employee Group to run mentorship programs, speaker series to create visibility and inspire female role models.
